Christ The King Catholic Primary School A Voluntary Academy

To live, to love, to serve in the light of Christ the King

Reception Class 2024/25

Thank you for choosing Christ the King Catholic Primary School for your child's education.  At Christ the King, we aim to create a happy learning environment centred on play and discovery. We plan our curriculum and environment carefully to ensure that our children feel safe, secure and confident, whilst learning skills and knowledge in a way which is meaningful to them. During your child's time in Reception, they will take part in a variety of activities and play-based experiences, which aim to challenge, foster a love of learning and inspire their natural curiosity.

Successful families were informed via the LEA on the 16th April 2024. We have also contact families directly with further information regarding admissions, transition opportunities and our welcome meeting for parents/carers. Please look out for this information. Opportunities for children to familiarise themselves with the setting, will be arranged, from June 2024 and onwards.

Please see below the key dates regarding transition opportunities in the summer term.
