Christ The King Catholic Primary School A Voluntary Academy

To live, to love, to serve in the light of Christ the King

breakfast and after-school clubs

We will be starting our Christ the King After School Club on Monday 21st September 2020. The club will run from 3:15pm (when the children will be collected from their classes) to 6:00pm.

During the school holidays we recruited Mrs Linda Tiernan to be the After School Club Manager and Mr
Nathaniel Holt and Mrs Dawn Borthwick to support her in their roles as Playleaders.

All parents and carers who expressed interest in a place at the After School Club and completed a form with the relevant information have been allocated places and have received a letter of confirmation.

Our Breakfast Club is open from 7:30am for pupils of working parents and carers who require childcare in the morning only. Parents and carers who requested places have had these confirmed by letter. Please do not come to Breakfast Club unless you have received a letter confirming your child’s place.

Pupils who attended our School Breakfast Club prior to the lockdown will still be provided with a breakfast when they enter school at the start of the day, through our alliance with the Magic Breakfast Club.

The Magic Breakfast Club will be providing breakfast bagels and cereals to school free of charge up until March 2021. We have also been given a small grant for the Breakfast Club, which has been used to buy an industrial style conveyor toaster to support us in providing free breakfast bagels to pupils across school.
