Academy Council Profiles
Mrs Angela Holt
Hi, I'm Angela Holt and I have had links with Christ the King since my eldest grandson started nursery here in 2002. I was invited to become a Foundation Governor in 2014 and I have been Chair of the Academy Council since September 2020. As a retired primary school Headteacher I enjoy using my skills to support the school in a variety of ways. I have seen many changes at CTK over the years, but I can honestly say that it has been transformed over the past four years, thanks to the hard work and dedication of all the staff. Our OFSTED grading of Good in September 2021 is well deserved.
I am an active member of the Church, involved in parish life as a Reader, Catechist and Parish Safeguarding Representative. I am also a member of Caritas Leeds Disability Forum and the Diocesan Sacramental Preparation Working Group.
